How do I find my Google review link?

Search your business name on Google, click your listing, then find 'Ask for reviews' in your Google Business Profile dashboard. Copy that link and paste it into Asker's Settings.

Will clients know the message came from an app?

No. The message is sent from your real iPhone number through native iMessage, exactly as if you typed it yourself. There's no indication it came from Asker.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find Asker and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also tap 'Restore Purchases' in Asker's Settings if you need to reactivate.

Can I change my weekly goal?

Yes. Go to Settings in the app and you'll find your weekly goal option there.

Why doesn't the contact picker ask for permission?

Asker uses Apple's system contact picker, which runs in a separate process and doesn't give the app access to your contacts database. No permission is needed. This is how Apple designed it.

Does Asker store my clients' phone numbers?

No. The phone number is passed directly to iMessage and is never saved by Asker, never uploaded anywhere, and never retained after the message is sent. Only the client's first name and a timestamp are saved to your local history.

I'm getting an error that my Google review link is invalid.

Make sure you're copying the link from the 'Ask for reviews' section of your Google Business Profile, not just your Google Maps URL. The link should come from the GBP dashboard directly.

How do I start or cancel my free trial?

When you first try to send a review request, you'll be offered a 7-day free trial. After the trial, Asker is $14.99/month or $99.99/year. To cancel before the trial ends, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Asker, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can cancel at any time during the trial and won't be charged.
